Paul Lambourne - Host /Compare

...is an accomplished and experienced singer, compare, actor and musician who has appeared in theatre, cabaret, stadiums and arenas, on video, film, radio and TV literally all over the world having also had chart hits in both Britain and Europe.

Paul is a charismatic and entertaining performer, presenter, compare and regular interviewee on national television and radio worldwide…..Shows include Lorraine Kelly's prime breakfast slot on GMTV, Good Morning Australia, The Jonathan Ross Show, Kenny Live, Richard Littlejohn's 'live and uncut' show and The Gaye Burn Show.


He has also compared or co-hosted many evenings and shows across the globe including anything from Japanese Top of the Pops to his own 'evening with' tours. He has also compared musical evenings at the Maison de la Radio in Paris…co-hosted by special request at the Six Nations annual dinner 2004 the British Grand Prix Ball in 2002 and 2004 and at international cricketer Darren Maddy's benefit dinner 2007….

Paul has also hosted several corporate events and weddings/parties around Britain during the last five years, including, giving away-by special request-a three million pounds cheque to a lucky lottery winner…a quick quote from Paul here…'probably the most depressing gig I have ever done!'…..

He ran his own highly amusing and entertaining daily radio slot in the Falklands during two long visits to the troops in 1998 and 2000 along-side compare-ing for the evening stage-shows and entertaining the forces with the artists of the Combined Services Entertainment events in the world's 'hotspots' including the Falkland Islands, Bosnia, Belfast and Kosovo. He also hosted, on radio, a military cooking competition!!!

Paul spent one month doing 28 one man shows at edinburgh last summer and is due to appear with Adele Anderson from 'Fascinating Aida' on-stage in London as 'Ovid' in a short run of a play titled 'The Art of Love'.….his most recent TV appearance being alongside the good and the great in the BBC's 'Cranford'.

Amongst other clubnights he has regularly appeared as co-host in a well known cabaret 'the Kroonkat lounge' at Brighton's 'Komedia'.

And...has toured with every permutation of accompaniment- from just a microphone to a big band.
