As most acts price each event individually and including travel and therefore we need certain pieces of information from you If necessary we will call you back at a convenient time for you so we can understand your requirements 100% before contacting the Artist for availability and Price. For new enquiries please email us the following: complete the short Enquiry Form section 1 only below. Enquiry and Booking Process 1. Browse acts, call and ask for our advise if required 2. Complete Enquiry section (1) online 3. Sugartown may call you to clarify requirements 4. Act/s contacted for availability and price 5. Form emailed back to you with completed Quote Section 2 6. If you choose to book, simply add the other requested details to the Booking Section (3) and email back to us 7. Sugartown confirm all details with you and liaise with venue as required 8. Contract is emailed to you 9. Check contract details and Term and Conditions carefully before signing 10. Return signed contract by post with cheque payable to 'P. Holgate' for Holding fee and the act is yours 11. Sugartown will continue to liaise and prompt any required actions until the day of the performance 12. Payment of the remaining Act fee will be directly from you to the artist Note: 1. We will only use this information to contact you regarding your booking enquiry and we will not pass on your details to 3rd parties with out your consent. 2.
