Rat Pack Solo - Information

“I’m looking for a Rat Pack singer” must be the most common request we receive here at Sugartown.

As home to some of the UK’s finest ‘RAT PACK acts we know a thing or two about the genre and can offer some advice.

A great Solo performer with good backing tracks can be just as, if sometimes not more appropriate and entertaining as a band in the right setting.

For relatively small cost in comparison to hiring a 30 piece orchestra your favourite songs as you remember them can be performed practically where ever and whenever you desire and can literally ‘Make the Day’, according to the feedback we constantly receive.

All acts we offer can provide a sound system, and some will provide lighting, backdrops and DJ services as required.

All of these things can inclemently add to the impact of the performance.

In the five years we have been offering ‘Rat Pack ‘ inspired solo entertainers we have seen the popularity in the genre explode and just in ‘Sinatra tribute singers’ (Singers advertised as ‘Sinatra Impersonators’) alone we have seen the known acts grow from around 10 to over 50.

In that number there will be, the great, the not so great, and the frankly (to use a pun) awful.

The best act to book is one you have seen perform live and who entertains YOU.

If you are relying on a google search things can be less certain in terms of quality and reliability.

Do not think that the best web site automatically means they are the best (as they will undoubtedly say they are) in the World.

Several of whom are generally accepted in the industry to be among the ‘best’ have none or very basic sites.

4. Singers who look, sound, talk and act (on stage) like one particular artist only - See : Dean Martin (Dino) So Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr (Ray)

Acts featured on the Sugartown site are by no means the only Rat pack acts in the ‘UK’ we think are worthy of top billing, there are a handful of other acts we know and trust and will call for you if these guys are busy.
